At the Grace Haven Women's Christian Wellness Retreat, we believe at the core of any truly effective holistic wellness program lies the recognition that the mind, body, and soul are interconnected and must be nurtured in harmony to achieve true well-being. A holistic approach to wellness understands that each aspect of our being - mental, physical, and spiritual - influences the others, creating a complex web of interconnectedness. What Is Included?
- Luxury Rooms: Delight in all the modern amenities, and choose between single and shared rooms for three nights.
- Welcome Reception: On the first night, join us as we kick off this amazing 4-day retreat with Marisa Metcalf for a warm "Welcome Reception".
- Morning Yoga & Sound Bath: Hosted by our yoga instructor, Debbi Troyan, LMT, E-RYT-200.
- Three Nourishing Meals: Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks and snacks. After an amazing day, we will come together and share in a dinner buffet. On our last evening, we will have culinary feast prepared by our private chef. Dietary restrictions and requests will be honored to the best of our ability.
- Special Experiences: Classes and workshops will be hosted by Marisa Metcalf, CAP, CMHP, LMT, Life Coach, and Heath Schur, LMHC. Topics include mind, body, and soul holistic healing, meditation, somatic release, empowerment, Polyvagal theory, the nervous system, mindful movement, intention setting, and wellness.
