What is Somatic Release Body Therapy? Our 50-minute Signature Somatic Release Body Therapy provides a holistic approach to healing and well-being. By combining various therapeutic techniques and practices, our licensed and certified trauma-informed massage therapist, aims to create a safe and supportive environment for individuals to address emotional and physical stress, and the impact it has on the body. Through this client-centered approach, clients can experience relief from physical tension, pain, trauma, stress, and cultivate a sense of empowerment and resilience on their journey towards healing. What you will experience is a combined treatment including body scanning, a guided meditation, light touch, abdominal massage therapy, aromatherapy (optional), and mindful breathing and movement, calming the nervous system and bringing the body back into balance for self-healing.
