Come join Marisa Metcalf, for a restorative Somatic Healing Circle designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and create space for greater calm and balance.
Through gentle somatic movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and healing touch, you’ll be guided through practices that support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and the release of accumulated stress and tension. No prior experience is necessary—simply come as you are.
This intimate gathering offers a warm, supportive space to step away from the demands of everyday life, become more present in your body, and reconnect with yourself.
