Meet Marisa
Marisa Metcalf is the founder of Grace Life Development Center, LLC, a professional life coaching and wellness program for men and women. Marisa is a multifaceted individual who brings 25 years of experience in the social work field, specifically working with the federal and state criminal courts, and specializing in substance abuse and mental health. She has owned her coaching and wellness practice for the past 12 years, and has 6 years experience in the alternative medicine field. Marisa's credentials include:

- Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology & Sociology
- Florida Certified Addictions Professional Counselor (CAP)
- Florida Certified Mental Health Professional (CMHP)

- Certified Master in Integrative Energy Therapy
Marisa also has various certifications and training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coaching, and Spiritual, Career, and Leadership Development. Because of her passion for personal & professional development, Marisa is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Social Work at Florida Atlantic University.
A Word From Our Founder
Through my own personal journey, professional experience, and training in social work, I understand how past personal experiences and the choices we make affects the outcome of our life. As a licensed massage therapist, I understand how trauma and emotions can be stored in the body and how it can negatively impact you. I know because I have been there, too, seeking answers to life's questions which led me on my path of learning, self-discovery and healing. This student has now become the teacher and I am so excited to share and teach you everything I know!
I have devised a holistic wellness program to address the mind, body, and spirit as a whole to attain your life's goals, promote healing, and restore a sense of peace and well-being. I am dedicated to guiding, educating, encouraging, and championing clients to ascend on their journey with resilience for optimal personal and spiritual growth and transformation in a healthy body, and discover purpose, transformation, freedom and joy in their lives.
